Our company also takes pride in producing Desi Cow Ghee using the traditional Vedic Bilona method. This process involves lactic acid fermentation of raw or heated milk, churning the curd into Makkhan (butter), and heating it to make ghee. The clotted cream (Malai) from boiled milk is churned into butter and then heated to produce ghee.
